Terms and Conditions

Reservations and acceptance
To ask for room availability, use the request form
availability of our website.
Upon receipt of the request, we respond within 24 hours with an email communicating the availability of rooms in which we indicate the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods. We respond to everyone, even in the case of unavailability.
To make a reservation, simply reply with an email to our communication of availability.
The room is confirmed exclusively by sending our booking confirmation email containing the details of your stay and the price
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00; on the day of departure, check out is done by 11:00.
Upon arrival, each guest must exhibit, for the purposes of legal obligations, a
valid identity document; otherwise it cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of the same or higher level without notice and without a price increase.
Prices and payment methods
Prices are per room and per night and include breakfast.
The price of the stay is what we communicate in the booking acceptance email.
The price of the stay will be paid upon departure.
Cancellations
The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated promptly by email to info@valnascosta.it or by telephone at + 39-3338519733
It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, up to 7 days before the date of your arrival.
For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated less than 7 days from the date of arrival we charge a penalty equal to the cost of one night.
If the guest arrives and asks to reduce the stay, he is required to pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.
